Can I book a private workshop?

Absolutely! Contact us to go over details and get pricing information.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

When you register for a Workshop/Event, we ensure we have all of the materials for you for that Workshop/Event. Due to that, if you are not able to attend a Workshop or Event you have registered for, please cancel your registration in the specified amount of time below:

 

Up to 48 hours before Workshop/Event – Full refund

Up to 24 hours before Workshop/Event – 50% refund

Day of Workshop/Event or No-show to Workshop/Event – No refund

 

The only exception to this policy is a true emergency. If that is the case, please contact us at mysticgreyjourney@gmail.com.

  • Work-related and/or School-related demands are not considered true emergencies.

 

You have the ability to cancel your reservation on our website, however, if you have any difficulties in doing so, please send an email to mysticgreyjourney@gmail.com and we will help you.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to ship within the United States.

Can I customize a product?

Absolutely! Contact us with your idea(s) and we can create something just for you!

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
